The Jaw Collective is a spring board of ideas that I am passionate about. Below you will find photography, written, and hospitality concept collections that I am constantly working on and building. I am a passionate student of life, who is obsessed with witnessing everything humanity has to offer. I am a food scholar, photographer, chef, philosopher, anthropologist and writer. The lens of my academic work uses food as a framework to glimpse into who we are as a society. Food is memory, it is connections, it is life itself. My life's work to study who we are and to capture these moments in a variety of forms. Welcome to the Jaw Collective, a small glimpse inside my mind. The concept strips terroir back to its essence: seasonal ingredients, local growers, honest preparation. Every dish reflects the surrounding landscape, reinforcing a true soil-to-table philosophy. The JAW reframes the Midwest dining narrative with authenticity, pride, and modern edge.
Cyprus House brings the spirit of the Greek Isles to the table. Moving beyond familiar staples, the concept celebrates Greece’s rich and layered culinary history. Where culture, landscape, and tradition intertwine. Each dish reflects a heritage shaped by sea, sun, and centuries of influence, offering guests an immersive dining experience rooted in authenticity and atmosphere.
